About Nomadis

Founded in 2001, Nomadis is a dynamic, growing global Information Technology company with its corporate head office located in Montreal, Quebec, CANADA. We offer a cloud-based holistic solution that combines expertise in travel, accommodation, and workforce scheduling to companies working in remote areas that require a best-in-class integrated software platform.

We currently operate across Canada, Africa, Australia, Europe and Latin America. The target industry sectors are remote operations namely in Mining, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Government, and Engineering/Construction.

Responsibilities and accountability

  • Track and identify potential opportunities in multiple channels: newsletters, web research, tender websites, etc.;
  • Qualify inbound opportunities (email, phone, chat) with potential clients;
  • Conduct high-level product demos for qualified prospects;
  • Ensure information is always captured in the company CRM throughout the sales process;
  • Conduct outbound marketing campaigns and other activities such as targeted emails, newsletters, articles;
  • Write proposal documents and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs);
  • Produce weekly sales pipeline reports for the team & CEO;
  • Support marketing by writing/maintaining sales and marketing documentation;
  • Share feedback and ideas with the team to improve the products and team knowledge;
  • Foster the company culture, mission, and values.

Skills and personality

  • Exceptional communication skills in both oral and written, including proofreading, editing, and presentation competencies;
  • Autonomy and ability to work collaboratively with an extended team and the clients;
  • Eagerness to learn and take continuous training to be on the forefront of new methodologies and technologies;
  • Bilingual English/French. Spanish is a strong asset.

Technical expertise

  • Proficiency in cloud-based sales/CRM & marketing tools;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
  • Experience with presentation tools (e.g. Prezi) is an asset.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field;
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant work or internship experience, ideally in a technology or B2B environment;
  • Experience working in an international environment is an asset.
