An API is available to build integrations, custom applications and reporting, including transferring data to an Enterprise Business Intelligence platform, such as Microsoft® PowerBI, for visualization and data mining.
You can also leverage our configurable, file-based data interface to integrate with cloud and locally hosted applications via multiple protocols (HTTPS, FTPS/SFTP, Web Services) using various data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, Microsoft Excel XLSX).
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Nomadis supports built-in and federated (SSO) authentication based on industry standards to ensure your data stays secure.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) using your organization’s preferred service provider to increase security and eliminate the need for password management
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via an authentication app, SMS or email
- Concurrent support for both SSO and built-in authentication using username and password
User provisioning using SCIM
Nomadis also supports automated user account provisioning (create, update and disable user accounts), based on groups/roles defined in your directory.
Our SCIM implementation works on Microsoft Azure, Okta and other providers.
Travel Booking/GDS
- Connect to major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to include up-to-date commercial travel inventory in Nomadis.
- Search for flights, bookings, and tickets with your preferred Travel Management Company (TMC).
- Retrieve bookings (PNR) and changes from a shared queue.
Human Resources
- Integrate with your current HR systems to synchronize employee and contractor profiles.
- Maintain all your personnel’s data, including contact information, documentation, picture, badge/smart card, and more in Nomadis.
Accounting System

Access Control/Smart Cards (RFID)
Nomadis supports multiple technologies and third-party systems. We can also provide the hardware and smart cards with our own implementation (see information on our ControlPointTM solution).
